Deluxe Rooms

Averaging over 350 square feet, our standard guestrooms are amongst some of the largest hotel rooms in Manhattan. With ample room for all guests to be productive and stretch out during your visit, choose from Deluxe Rooms with your choice of one Queen Bed, one King bed or two double beds.

Premium Rooms

At 400-475 square feet in size, enhance your experience with this upgraded room. These rooms offer the same amenities as the deluxe type however are larger in size. Most are corner rooms, providing wrap around city views of Midtown Manhattan.

Executive Junior Suites

750 Sq feet in size, these studio suites feature a Queen or King bed, along a comfortable sitting area and Kitchenette.

Executive One Bedroom Suites

850-1100 Square feet of space. featuring one bedroom which accommodates a queen or king size bed, separate living area and a small dining facility with a separate full kitchen and one and a half bath. Some of the suites come with a pullout sofa upon request.

Two Bedroom Suites

1100-1400 Square feet and featuring a full size kitchen that is fully equipped with refrigerator and stove. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom with a Queen size bed. Some suites feature a pullout sofa which would be subject to availability. Several of our two bedroom suites even come with 2 1/2 baths, please call for more details.

Three Bedroom Suites

Unique to New York City hotels, the Flatotel offers the ability to connect a two bedroom suite with two baths to a deluxe room to create a spacious three bedroom suite that is ideal for larger families on vacations or small gatherings of friends looking for a special place to stay and getaway. This suite is limited and not available to book online, so please call the hotel at 1-212-786-5770 to make the necessary arrangements to reserve this unique suite. 

Deluxe Penthouse Suites

Flatotel offers spacious Penthouse Suites of 2200 square feet of space that offer spectacular city views of Midtown. These suites feature full size kitchens that are fully equipped and 2½ baths.
